These terms apply when you visit lumalair.com or buy from LumaLair (ABN 74 175 647 507) ("LumaLair", "we", "us"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Using our website

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with it, attempt to access areas you are not meant to, or copy content using automated tools. If you create an account or place an order, the details you give us must be accurate.

2. Our products

Our teas are foods, not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and we do not claim that any tea treats, cures or prevents any condition.

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but they are natural products, so colour, appearance and flavour can vary slightly between batches. Photos are for illustration. Please read the ingredient list on each product page and pouch before you buy. If you have allergies or dietary requirements, or you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication, check with your healthcare professional before drinking herbal teas.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars. Where GST applies, it is included in the displayed price. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may correct pricing or listing errors, and if we do, we will offer you the choice to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

5. Delivery

We deliver within Australia only. Our Shipping & Delivery page sets out our rates, dispatch times and free shipping threshold. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, because delivery partners control the final leg.

6. Returns and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds page explains how to return an item and when you are eligible for a refund, replacement or exchange. It forms part of these terms.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

8. Discounts and offers

Discount codes and offers are limited to one per order unless we say otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can be changed or withdrawn at any time. Bundle savings apply automatically at checkout when the conditions shown on the product or bundle page are met.

9. Intellectual property

The LumaLair name, the Luma and Lair product names, our logo, labels, photographs, product descriptions and website content belong to LumaLair or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Reviews and messages

If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is honest and your own, and you give us permission to display it on our website and marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or abusive.

11. Links to other websites

Our site may link to other websites, including social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

12. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products. This does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
